Manfred Ragossnig | Character Animator

Here we are in Class 4. The Servers are open since 2 hours, the chat rooms are full and the forums are filling up in no time. Good to be back on the campus after those three weeks off. A lot of new faces – new students and new mentors. Lots of videos to watch, a new shelf (class 4) and finally .. the full bishop rig with all facial controls!

And now about my new class.
The People: Some new faces and lots of friends that are with me since the beginning.
The Countries: USA, UK, Spain, Mexico, Norway, Austria (that’s me).

The Mentor: Sean Sexton from Dreamworks Animation.
Bio:

Sean graduated from the traditional animation program at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art in Dover, N.J. then started his career as a Character Layout Artist/Animator on Matt Groening’s Futurama. After four years on Futurama he left to work on Dreamworks’ “Sinbad Legend of the Seven Seas“. He then made the switch to computer animation for “Sharktale“, Aardman’s “Flushed Away“, “Over the Hedge“, and is now currently working on Jerry Seinfeld’s “Bee Movie“. Sean’s favorite movie is “Jaws” and feels that it is still not safe to go back in the water.

And like I said one term before .. the Austrians are taking over.
Mrs. N.C. joined AM and now there are already 5 Austrians (althogh, one living in Germany) at Animationmentor!
