With 9 weeks left to finish the short and Siggraph around the corner one could easily do without todays 40°C/104°F.
Because I’ll be at Siggraph doing my 30h shifts as a Student Volunteer I have to work in advance on my weekly assignments. Nevertheless I’m really looking forward to those days in San Diego - not only because of the thrill to be actually involved because of my Volunteer status but also because of the huge job fair (you’ll find me there - showing around my reel).
AND don’t forget about the Animationmentor Birds-of-a-Feather and Animationmentor & ReelFX Party where - after almost 18 months I finally meet with all the superstar ninja mentor animators and peers.
For all you sad souls out there that can’t make it to Siggraph – there will be an extensive Siggraph coverage at CGSociety: CGS Siggraph 2007 Diary
Lastly my super special huge congrats go out to Arno who got himself an Animator job at Framestore CFC in London to work on an upcoming TV show! Don’t miss your flight dude!
And now - back to work!

Dude! thanks for your congratz. I will do my best to push AnimationMentors kudos even further. If I survive the first weeks that is.
All the best for your short film. If somebody could pull off 2500 frames than its you! And have a great time in SD, give Meeker a hug for me ( if you dare) and get your dream job. I am shure you are worth being smuggled over the canadian border!
